Leading the lineup is La Favorita 1922, a period drama about Elena de Valmonte, a marquise escaping an oppressive marriage to reinvent an abandoned Madrid restaurant. This gripping story mixes personal drama with the culinary world, with two seasons of 8 episodes each. Going into procedurals, Detective Romi brings a fresh twist to crime dramas, following a deaf private investigator with a talent for interpreting non-verbal cues. Romi’s investigation into her father’s death creates tension with her mother, a criminal investigator, making it a must-see thriller.
True crime will be drawn to The Marquess, a six-episode series uncovering unsolved crimes and dark secrets from Spain’s past, while the docuseries Crime Story: The Galindos delve into that massacre through exclusive interviews and new insights never seen before.
Rounding out the lineup, Wrong Side of the Tracks returns for season four with more action-packed drama.
