Telecinco Cinema is a reference producer in the development of Spanish films with international projection.
This producer, named Estudios Picasso until 2007, has produced more than 80 films and many other projects that have captured the recognition of National and international critics: “Spanish Affair”, “The impossible”, “Tad, the lost explorer”, “El orfanato”, “Pan’s labyrinth of the Faun”, “Agora”, “El niño”, “Celda 211” , “No habrá paz para los malvados”, “Spanish Movie”, “Che, el argentino”, “The crimes of Oxford”, “El otro lado de la cama” or “Intacto”, among others.
As a whole, Telecinco Cinema’s films have been recognized around 250 awards, including three Oscars, 62 Goya Awards, three BAFTAs, four Ondas, seven Silver Frames, 20 awards at the Malaga Festival and 10 of the Union of Actors.
